Move to music as we combine low-impact cardio plus stretching for a fun, interactive workout. Class is suitable for beginners and non-dancers! Wear comfortable clothes and secure shoes (running/athletic/trainers.
Dates: Mondays, June 1 to August 10, and/or Wednesdays, June 3 to August 12 (10 weeks)
Cost: $60/single day per week for ten weeks. $100/two days per week for ten weeks.
Single class drop in: $10 cash only.
