“Welcome, friends.”

New Brackett Church is a vibrant, community-focused church that puts energy and love into all we do. As jointly affiliated with the UCC and UUA, we support people of all beliefs and traditions to connect with what they need to be whole. We are not only a spiritual center but an integral part of the Peaks Island community. We invite you, as we invite all, to grow and change with us on this sacred journey of life.

Peoples of all beliefs and traditions are welcomed at New Brackett Church!

Sunday services are held at 10am - prayer, community and lots of beautiful music.
Communion is offered the first Sunday of the month.
Religious Exploration for youth ages 6-12 is offered at every service.

Fellowship hour follows the Service.

Wish to sing with the choir? Please contact Bethany Perkins with your interest or questions, 207-242-0534.

Right Relations Team

In our covenant, we strive to, “ honor the divine in each of us, tend honestly and kindly to differences and tensions, and be accountable for collective care”.

One of the ways that New Brackett Church is honoring our covenant is to develop a Right Relations Team to help facilitate sensitive or difficult conversations between congregants and/or with members of church leadership.

New Brackett Church serves our community by supporting local services and events, such as hosting the Peaks Island Food Pantry, COVID and Flu vaccine clinics, and the new addition of an Emergency Warming, Cooling and Internet Access Center.
