Embodied Flow - Continued!

Embodied Flow - a dance & movement class with Sage Hayes

The invitation is to deepen an embodied experience towards joy, choice, presence, community and ease. Each class will draw inspiration from many healing and movement lineages and also music genres.  All bodies, all ages and ALL abilities welcome (even if that means you are moving in a chair) no experience necessary. All classes 10:15 to 12:15. You're welcome to join us for any or all classes. No pre-registration necessary.

The first hour will consist of warming up, brief introductions, teaching about the theme and invitational movement exercises. The second hour will be a 30-45 minute free dance which will follow a creative arc of music, slow to fast to slow.  We will end with a brief circle share.

All classes are offered free of charge, donations are welcome.

Right Relations Workshop - Part 2

From the New Brackett Church Covenant: We seek to “honor the divine in each of us, tend honestly and kindly to differences and tensions, and be accountable for collective care”

Communication can be hard! And is essential for authentic, fulfilling relationships.  During 2024, New Brackett Church Right Relations Team is putting on a series of community workshops about interpersonal communication - ways to keep the peace without being silent, how to be in a listening place, how to use non-confrontational language, and, in general, how to be better prepared to deal with the “differences and tensions” that arise in every relationship.  These workshops are open to the public.

For more information or any questions, please reach out to newbrackettchurch@gmail.com.
